We are Hans and Anita Koenen, in 2009 our dream came true in Sellrain, Austria. In April of 2009 we relocated our entire family to this beautiful place in Tyrol. For us and the children,  this was a  huge step, which we do not regret. In the Netherlands Hans had worked in construction for years, he was able to make good use of this experience in the renovation and maintenance of our house.

Anita was a teacher in (special) basic education. We both participated in bike racing for 16 years. Hans still regularly goes out on his racing bike or mountain bike. Together we regularly hike and ski, close to our house. We fully enjoy our beautiful environment. We hope that we can also help you enjoy the good life, in the heart of Tyrol'!
